Who we’re looking for
YOU WILL:
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for property listings to maximize exposure and generate leads.
- Actively prospect for new clients through various channels such as social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire buying and selling process, including property search, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions, trends, and local property inventory.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including mortgage brokers, attorneys, and escrow officers, to ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a professional reputation in the community.
Junto invites those who are willing to step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves to join us. As a Junto Consultant, you’ll need to:
- Hold a valid real estate agent (S-license) / salesperson license (E-license)
- Be open to using the latest technology products or tools
- Be honest, empathetic, patient, and provide appropriate suggestions based on clients’ needs.
- Be a team-player who enjoys collaborating and communicating with others.
