Who we’re looking for
YOU WILL:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Growth Hacker to join our team at Junto. In this role, you will be responsible for driving rapid and sustainable growth by implementing creative marketing strategies, testing and optimizing new channels, and leveraging data to identify new opportunities:
- Lead customer acquisition journey, and optimize ROI from omnichannel marketing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth
- Analysis user data to discover strategic and actionable insight
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
YOU ARE:
- Excellent understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Digital savvy, detail-minded, self-starter and creative.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
